I was searching for an audio track to assist me in my meditations. I have struggled to find what I was looking for. This really did the trick! The audio provided helped me get to the next level. Astral was my goal and I got there :) There are no abrupt changes to pull my concentration and focus away, and the binaural beats worked great! My only suggestion is that if the tracks could be a bit longer. I mostly use the astral track, and 15 minutes is OK, but I have to set it at replay so that I can use it for the full hr I spend. On the plus side? Its a very smooth transition as it fades out and begins again.
