I have many binaural apps, throughout my journey of anxiety, depression, and overthinking, and most do provide some relief and relaxation, but idoser takes it to another level! I enjoy the mental aspect of the apps, the hertz l, etc. but what i think what really separates iDoser from the rest, is the creativity of the binaural beats created. I love, it. Sometimes i feel like I am listening to a Floyd album.
