Ego Death Meditation

Before using it, i did a meditation and an accelerated breathing, then i put it on to touch and relaxed in a second my body started to tremble and i went into a state of pure peace, after i felt that i was getting feared and cold, then feeling a black energy come out of me, then my soul jumps out and feeling pure and full peace.... then feeling my mind change... it works but you need it? ready.
