Wake Induced Lucid Dream

As I played the whole hour track and was lying down on my bed while listening to the Binural Beats using a pair of Airpods, I was able to actually feel a sensation whereby I am awake as I was seemingly falling asleep and had a feeling like as I was coming out of my own body at some point.
